A couple of weeks ago I went on a family holiday to Florida. Of course I couldn’t make a visit to the US and not visit Sephora for the first time. I am in LOVE – why do we not have one in the UK!! The staff were ultra friendly, the premises was clean and the stock was vast. I spent over $200 dollars in there….OOPS! So I thought I would do a haul for you guys.
Some of my purchases were of products which you cannot get in the UK whilst others were some which are staples within the UK beauty industry but quite pricey.
Kat Von D Foiled Love Lipstick in Valentine – This is by far my favourite purchase from Sephora. I am a huge Kat Von D fan and her makeup was at the top of my to purchase list. This lipstick is incredible. It’s a metallic hot pink with glitter. Sounds over the top and very statement but it is so easy to wear on a day to day basis. I have been wearing it to work recently to add a pop of colour to my makeup. Application is really easy and the packaging is lovely.
Nars Laguna Bronzer – A staple in the UK blogging world. This is the first bronzer I have ever purchased. As a very fair-skinned girl I am always looking for ways to give my skin a healthy glow and I am hoping this will do just that.
Sephora Hair Tyes – Incredible. So easy to use and they don’t get tangled in your hair. Pretty colours. My only regret is not buying more.
Elizabeth and James Nirvana White Perfume – This was at the top of my list of things to look up when I was in america. I have always been a huge Olsen twin fan. I really admire their beauty and fashion choices. Even as a little kid I was using their hairdryers so purchasing this perfume was a no brainer. I chose Nirvana White over Black because I found the fragrance to be more feminine and subtle. The packaging is gorgeous and I am so happy to have added this to my collection.
Naked 3 Palette – I have always wanted to own a naked palette and they are significantly cheaper in the US of A so I decided what better time than to try it out. I am a nude eyeshadow lover so these are right up my street and perfect for work or even a night out.
Bite Luminous Creme Lipstick in Tannin – Whilst browsing the shop I set eyes on the Bite counter and decided to purchase one of their lipsticks. The packaging is unique and cute. I went for the colour Tannin which is kind of a wine red colour. The finish on the lips is brilliant. Really glad I purchased this.
Pinch Mini Emergency Kit – This has literally been a lifesaver since I purchased it. It is a must have for my bag, contains all sorts of things that you might need throughout the day – deodorant wipes, plasters, a tampon, safety pins and stain remover pads to name but a few. All cased in this sweet sparkly case.
I know I could spend hours in Sephora if given the chance and may have to make a cheeky online order in the near future.
