KatVonD liquid lipsticks

I have loved Kat Von D for a VERY long time. We used to watch LAInk as a family many moons ago and even then I always jealous of her epic tattoos and thought her makeup was on point. Fast forward to 2014 and my very first trip to America. I made sure that we made at least one (I think we made about 4) stops to a Sephora so iI could stock up and try some new products. It was there that I first discoved Kat’s beauty Range and picked myself up one of her Foiled Love Lipsticks in Valentine – review here.

When it was announced in 2016 that Kat Von D Beauty would be headed to Debenhams in the UK I was ecstatic. I have loved her products from afar for so long and couldn’t wait for them to be easily accessible to me.

I purhcased her Tattoo line which is the bomb.com but more on that in another post. It was her Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks that have well and truly captured my heart. The range which comes in 20+ shades is a liquid lipstick with a creamy formula which glides over your lips as if you were applying a lipgloss and then it sets matte. Once it is set in place, it literally does not budge making it perfect for a woman on the go who cannot be bothered to keep reapplying but it does make it a pain to remove if you make an application mistake! The formula is packed with natural moisturisers including vitamin E and sunflower seed wax.

I started off with a miniature one from a gift set in the shade Double Dare which is a muted browny – red colour and perfect for anyone who likes nude lips/your lips but better colours. I was obsessed with it and wore it literally everyday for a solid month. I was converted to the world of liquid lips. It was then I decided to get two new shades to add to my collection as my birthday was rolling around. I added Santa Sangre (Red) and Mother (Pink). The pigmentation on all three is incredible and the applicators make it super easy for even a makeup novice to apply expertly.
